Working at the same firm, Mavis is a principled, forthright lawyer raised in a legal family, while her colleague Keith is unconventional by nature and willing to push boundaries to uphold justice. Wallace is upright yet unmotivated, who entered law merely for its prestige. The team also includes earnest newbie James, trainee lawyers Cecilia and Norman. Coming from varied backgrounds, they tackle several high‑stakes crime cases as a tight‑knit group.
